You know the saying “sometimes bad things happen to good people”? Well that is the case for my good friend and probably yours, Shasta. On New Years Eve, Shasta found out that her resolution for 2026 was to fight like a girl and beat breast cancer. We all know Shasta is beyond tough and absolutely brave, and she is going to beat this thing! But a cancer diagnosis, testing and treatment is expensive.

Shasta will need significant time off from a relatively new job and is already facing thousands of dollars in just diagnostic testing before even starting treatment. She has begrudgingly allowed me to create this fundraiser for her so the last thing she will need to worry about going into this battle is finances and paying bills. Please donate whatever you can, even if just a few dollars to relieve one of her many worries so she can just focus on kicking cancers ass and healing.
