Support Sharon's Twin Brother's Recovery from Spinal Surgery

My twin brother, and best friend, suffered a neck injury this past Spring (2024) and subsequently has been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and arthritis, which includes extensive nerve damage. His original injury happened in March, but has lead to hand and arm paralysis, the permanency of which, remains unknown. For the time being, he has had to hire care givers multiple times a week to help him with all aspects of his life; using his hands for computer work, helping carry any and all objects, cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. He is finally scheduled for disc replacement surgery at the end of January, but will need continued care at least through recovery. The nerve regeneration recovery is ongoing and remains to be seen. We are asking for help with medical bills, which include care givers and extra expenses for cares during and after surgery (including travel expenses for me to go out and care for him for the week of surgery).
