I am Sharon Lotze and this is my husband' Tom. We were married 24 years. My husband passed on June 05, 2024, unexpectedly. He leaves behind myself, his dogs Deut and Jody.

This GoFundMe was started to help out with my life’s transition from a two paycheck household to a one paycheck. His dog Deut has some health needs and his dog Jody has an enlarged heart that requires daily medication. They need care and I can apply for a grant but that takes time. I can’t afford to help them without help during this life change.

I’m an in-client's home pet sitter, so I can’t work without care for them. I must stay on top of their needs as they are grieving also.

Every truck or car that goes by, just might be their Dad, so they are grieving when that car or truck doesn’t stop at our home.

i always try to help, even a stranger, when I can. So I’m hoping as I transition from a two monthly paycheck life, to a 1 monthly paycheck life, that a little help from those known or unknown, will help me adjust and keep my little family together.

I will need time to clean up, clean out and sell my current condo and adjust my lifestyle, so whether it’s $1 or $5, it will help me in so many ways.
