Support Sharon's Path to Recovery

My name is Colleen my sister Sharon who is 76 has been in the hospital 6 times since mid February and has been in 4 rehab’s she had a toe amputated, a heart surgery, and hernia surgery along with internal bleeding. She has exhausted her Medicare days and no place will take her in for rehab so she can get back home. She lives alone and hasn’t been home since February looking for help so a place will take her with private funds.
