My name is Pinky, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. I am disabled, and recently, my long term disability benefits were terminated without any notice. This sudden loss of income has left me on the verge of becoming homeless, and I am struggling to cover even the most basic necessities. My service dog and I will be forced to live in my car if I don’t receive enough to pay my rent by the first ($1200). (Thanks to all of my amazing donors, we will be ok for the month of March but I know April will be here before I know it. )

The funds raised here will go directly toward helping me pay for rent, food, my car payment and insurance, medical expenses, and other essential needs. Every dollar will help me stay afloat while I work to resolve my benefits situation and regain some stability. I want to be transparent about my needs and how your support will make a real difference in my life.

Before I became disabled, I was a nurse and spent my life helping others. Now, I find myself in the awkward position of needing to receive help. Your support right now would mean everything to me.
