Our amazing  Sharni Ruming not only is our amazing head coach but a close friend of many here at F45 Wandsworth &  across our franchise network. 

It is with sad news to announce that she was recently diagnosed with a tumor on her spine. Whilst we wait for a long term treatment plan & diagnosis we are dedicating this Saturdays Heroes Hollywood to Sharni.

Raising money so that she can focus on her heath & treatment & to not worry about having to work to pay the bills & survive. 

Now would be a great time for our F45 community to come together and lend a helping hand to Sharni.

The F45 community is like no other & a chance for us to come together for someone thats so close to many of us. 

Please also join us this Saturday for heroes Hollywood in F45 Wandsworth, Chelsea or Wimbledon & come along wearing purple which is
Sharni's favourite colour.
