Support the Hellenthal’s, Help Them Rebuild & Heal

With permission, the purpose of this Go-Fund me is to support Sharill, Jeffrey & Jaylen, through their unimaginable trauma they are currently experiencing first hand. Their world has already been changing these last 6 months as they were navigating divorce, moving, custody decisions, verbal abuse, but on April 10th Sharill’s ex-husband, Mark Hellenthal, was charged with solicitation of murder and solicitation of murder for hire after plotting to have his ex-wife killed. He is currently detained and awaiting trial, while Sharill and her boys are left to navigate this horrific reality and trauma. This Go-Fund me is being organized by many who love them and desire to help. This will provide some financial support to be used for counseling services, cost of lawyers, food, gas, bills, etc. Navigating this trauma is unimaginable, but also their main financial support has been terminated as well as shaken their personal sense of security.

Sharill and her two boys, Jeffrey & Jaylen, have been residents of this area the past six years and consider this town their home. They spend their time at various baseball fields with travel baseball, riding bikes on our town paths, enjoying ice cream from The Scoop, and relaxing at home. Sharill's passion is working with students and feels forever grateful for her time as a Teaching Assistant at Prairie Point Elementary and is currently working alongside the fabulous staff at Southbury Elementary. She is completing her degree to become a teacher at Aurora University alongside other 308 employees. Sharill is still working, attending school, and pouring as much love and sense of security in her boys as that's the kind of Mom and woman she is.

This financial support will allow for steps forward in their processing, healing, and daily life necessities. Right now their world feels like a very very dark place, and your support allows us to shine some light towards their darkness as a reminder that they are not alone and with time, healing can happen.
