Hello everyone, my name is Natalie Irvin and I am raising funds for my loving sister Sharde’ Salters.

Sharde’ is an amazing and beautiful person who has touched the lives of many people through her work of teaching yoga, facilitating women empowerment circles, and sprinkling incredible kindness wherever she goes. She has always been filled with so much light, laughter, and joy that becomes contagious just being around her.

This past November of 2023 Sharde’ was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer that has spread to her rib and caused it to fracture and the tumor has also broken through her breast skin leaving an open wound. Unfortunately, this has caused her to be in a lot of pain and has limited her ability to work to provide for herself.

Sharde’ started chemotherapy treatment on February 5th and will be getting this for the next six months to a full year. She will also be getting alternative medicine treatments to help combat the toxic and terrible side effects of chemo and aid in the healing of removing the cancer out of her body (e.g., hyperbaric oxygen chamber, IV nutrition therapy, PEMF therapy, etc). She also has a naturopathic doctor to help guide her on the alternative medicine side. Although her treatment for chemotherapy alone is covered under her insurance, everything outside of that is not. As well as the costs with housing and basic needs as she will not be able to work while she is going through treatments.
