Hi everyone,

We are reaching out to ask for your support for Shaq, who has recently been diagnosed with an advanced stage of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. This has come as a huge shock to all of us, and we are now focused on helping him through one of the toughest battles his endured.

Shaq is one of the most loving, outgoing, and loyal people you could ever meet. He’s a hardworking, compassionate, and an incredibly strong person. His an amazing friend, son, brother and uncle who is always there for others when they need him most. Now it’s our turn to be there for him.

As he begins chemotherapy he will be unable to work for some time. The financial pressure of everyday living expenses combined with unexpected costs that often come with treatment, will make this already difficult time even more stressful.

We’ve created this fundraiser to help ease that burden so he can focus entirely on his recovery. The funds will assist with all living and life expenses while he and his parents are off work, allowing them to focus fully on his care. His parents will attend all medical appointments with him and support him every step of the way throughout his treatment journey. The funds will also help cover any unforeseen costs that may arise during this time.
