Hi, my name is Jessica Hill, and for 41 years, I have been a single parent to my beloved daughter, Shantoia. She is my miracle child and wasn't expected to live past the age of five due to her structural congenital heart disease. I am reaching out in the hopes to raise funds for my daughter's Heart, Lung, and Kidney transplant process and recovery. She has undergone four cardiac surgical procedures between the age of 11 months and 33 years. Shantoia has always been a blessing to those around her. She is a wonderful sister, aunt, chef, and daughter in our family. We are very blessed to have our miracle child with us. We live and reside in Oklahoma; however, the transplants will take place in California at Stanford Hospital. The road ahead is long, with doctors estimating a year-long recovery period. Being away from home and family during such a critical time is overwhelming, but Shantoia is determined to fight for her health and future. The costs associated with this journey are significant. In addition to the medical expenses, I will need assistance to cover travel to California, secure housing for the duration of Shantoia’s recovery, and manage daily living expenses for both of us while Shantoia is in recovery. These financial challenges add a heavy burden to an already stressful situation, and our family is doing everything we can to support her.
We are reaching out to our community for help. Any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing her story—will make a meaningful difference. Your kindness will help ease her worries so she can focus on healing. Thank you for keeping her in your thoughts and for considering a donation to support her recovery.
