Hi, my name is Mr. Jackie Williams and I am trying to help my wife SFC Shantaya Williams. I am fundraising to help her with her ongoing legal fees which have become too much for our family to continue to suffer with. On November 30th, 2022, Grand Prairie police department along with US Marshall's kicked down my front door and arrested my wife at gunpoint while she was nursing our 1-year-old daughter. She was accused of being AWOL from 28 September until the date of her arrest at the end of November 2022. All was done with no avail. After her unlawful and unjustified arrest she was taken to 3 different facilities before finally spending 10 days in the deplorable and unsanitary Kaufman County jail on a military hold. While all this was going on my family was pleading with the military and officials to have her released from custody as she was deprived necessary medicine for combat related PTSD while being in jail with local prostitutes, drug addicts and murderers.

Once she was released from the rat infested East Texas jail she was shackled and brought to Fort Sill, Oklahoma where she has been awaiting court martial for nearly 2 years and forced to live in an asbestos laced building with nasty mold, rats and a foul smell.

She continues to live against her will in a disgusting and unsanitary pretrial confinement center in Fort Sill, Oklahoma with other inmates that are there for various violent felony related military charges. The conditions in which she lives are barracks from the 1800s filled with mold, mildew and lead paint. She is monitored 24 hrs a day 5 days a week due to the types of individuals which come in and out.

She was fraudulently and erroneously pulled off the AGR program and placed on Active Duty to receive a possible harsher punishment. Multiple pieces of evidence have come to light that prove her innocence, but the government continues this obvious and unlawful prosecution against my wife in retaliation and malicious reprisal for exposing a corrupt command back home in Texas.

She suffers from PTSD, depression, emotional and mental instability as well as the heartache of being away from her children. We have depleted our life's savings and exhausted all avenues of credit in obtaining private civilian counsel due to the corruption in the military judicial system which ignored all previous evidence and plea deals. We have been forced to fire two military appointed attorneys because they were corruptly helping the prosecution.

This situation has really been eye opening to me, because she has been in the military since the tender age of 17 yrs old, and has always taken pride in living with integrity, truth and the military code of conduct. Had she not be going through this situation herself, she couldn't imagine this happening to a soldier unless they were in the wrong, but sadly we can now say different, and it can happen to any of us.

My wife continues to deal with depression, emotional and mental instability as well as being away from her children.
