Support Shannon's Heart Surgery Journey

Our friend Shannon Walker is the best! She’s loving, caring, hilarious and has a big heart. In March 2025 she and her family will be travelling to Rochester, MN for an evaluation of that heart. She has an appointment at the Mayo Clinic to evaluate whether or not she needs heart surgery. If she qualifies she will have surgery during that visit but if not, she’ll be placed on the transplant list to get a new (but we wouldn’t dare say improved) heart.

Financially her diagnosis and her medical needs have made things difficult for the past few years. She had to retire early from a job she loved and was amazing at. We’re hoping to help her with expenses for travel and for care after her surgery as well as substantial medical bills.
