My name is Shannon and I am a first-grade teacher. I was hired at the end of the summer to teach at a low-income school, and there are many materials I still need for my students, such as books, literacy materials, math manipulatives, and art supplies. Unfortunately, the school doesn’t have the funds to support these items. I am hoping to raise some funds to support my classroom and students.
