We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and an urgent appeal for help. Our beloved sister, Shannon, at just 32 years old, has been diagnosed with stage 3/4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Shannon is the epitome of a loving, happy-go-lucky individual who would go to great lengths for anyone in need. Now, it's our turn to rally behind her during this challenging journey.

Shannon's partner, Rueben, a self-employed individual, has been her rock throughout this ordeal. They are depending heavily on the incredible support of friends and family to maintain his business during his absence. He has single-handedly established his business and has never sought assistance before. Now is our chance to return the favour and offer our help, just as they've always done for others! The financial strain caused by aggressive chemotherapy and treatment, which requires them to travel away to Townsville, has taken an unexpected toll. Leaving behind their precious children, Rubie (5) and Regina (4 months), has been heart-wrenching, but it's essential for Shannon's recovery.

The treatment ahead is estimated to stretch for 4-6 months, contingent on progress and results. In this crucial time, we are humbly asking for your support. Donations will be allocated towards essential medical expenses, travel, and accommodation costs, as well as ongoing living expenses while Shannon undergoes treatment away from their family home.
