Hello friends, family, and community members. This GoFundMe is being made for Shannon Romero. I absolutely regret to inform that this amazing woman is currently nearing the end of her battle with cancer. She has been fighting a fierce battle since 2017. She’s seen the worst of it, and the best of it. A true survivor and warrior. As of recent her cancer has come back, much worse than before. Initially in her breasts, it has spread throughout her bones, liver, and now her brain. After further testing, Shannon has told she has an Uncal Herniation. “Uncal herniation occurs when rising intracranial pressure causes portions of the brain to flow from one intracranial compartment to another; this is a life-threatening neurological emergency and indicates the failure of all adaptive mechanisms for intracranial compliance.” Her precious mother and children have been told she has little time left, and to start looking into funeral costs. This GoFundMe has been created to help her family can be relieved of these costs when they come. We are praying that she’s given more time to be loved on. For now, please send her family love and prayer. Anyone who knows Shannon, knows that she’d give the clothes off of her back to anyone. She loves her babies more than anything, and no one should have to miss the milestones that her children will experience in life.
