Support Shannon Gierhart's Medical Recovery

Dear Friends and Family,

I am writing to you today with an urgent request for your support. As some of you know, our friend Shannon Gierhart recently went in for a medical procedure to treat Atrial Flutter - a cardiac rhythm condition that is often difficult to manage with medication alone - that unfortunately took an unexpected turn. After the surgery, she suffered a serious complication when an aneurysm developed, necessitating a second emergency surgery to save her life.

That surgery also had complications. What should’ve taken 40 minutes, took 4 hours. She lost over two pints of blood and is incredibly lucky to still be with us.

As Shannon recovers in the ICU, we're asking for your support during this difficult time. The road ahead is long and uncertain, but we're determined to help ease the financial burden of her mounting medical expenses so she can focus on her health and recovery.
