Support Shannon Brown's Family in Crisis

Dear friends and Community

My name is Shannon Brown that live in Monroe,Louisiana. I am a seeking help for Kamron and emergency fund to help while he seeking medical help and recovery. Kamron has been hospitalized since October 15,2024 and I have been along side with him to see he gets the proper care he needs while our hospital stay has been very on edge. Kamron has already has 2 failed attempt trying to transition him off ventilator due to lots of secretions and cause his lungs to partially collapse. He has recovery fully with lungs healed and will be have surgery to have tracheostomy tract and gastrostomy tube placement. This procedures will take place in few days. Im asking for prayer to be uplift and support while it is necessary for me to be along side with him while in the hospital. This put me in an urgent need with help paying my work insurance bills and at home bills. My kids 14, 10, 3,3.

This unexpected emergency dealing with my 14 year old son Kamron that has cerebral palsy and epilepsy seizure. He is currently intubated and on IV medication for his seizure and undergoing some tests to see if we can figure out what is causing him to not feel well. I just need help to get over this hump as time is ticking and everyday is stressful knowing you are one check household.

My son currently doesn't have active date when he will be discharge.

I understand that I am not the only one that needs help right now. Alot of people are struggling right now as inflation is so high with food and rent. Our cost of living ratio to income is very hard to live manage especially with single parents.

Asking for financial help is something I have never done before. I've worked so hard unfortunately unexpectedly circumstances hitting my household. I need to ask for help as times are tough right now and to put my pride aside. I have reached out to numerous people with no luck as they do not have any funding to help.
