Hello, my name is Shannon. I work full-time hours just so I can pay the bills. I do not get any type of financial assistance from the government. I have never received food stamps. I try to live by the book: work, save, be rewarded. But unfortunately, all of my money goes right into the bills.

I have a son, Donovan. We are trying our best to get by. We have no vehicle, so getting to work, the doctors, or a grocery store is difficult. Finding rides has become difficult.

I know it's hard for everybody right now. Financially speaking, I know everybody's wallets are tight.

If anybody could help just a small amount, and I really don't like to ask, I am at my wits' end. I don't know where to go or who to turn to anymore.

We have no food in the house and no car to go anywhere. If anybody can help donate anything, it would be greatly appreciated and you would be a blessing in our life.
