I am Shanna Vanderlaan's beloved sister, Misty Adams. I am hoping to raise funds to cover cremation and a service for my sister. If anything over the amount is raised, it will go to the Poppen House of Muskegon.

Shanna was tragically hit by a vehicle while trying to save a dog on Seaway Drive. The result of the accident left her with a severe DAI brain injury, numerous broken bones, fractures, and internal injuries. She succumbed to her injuries on December 29th, 2026.
