On December 2nd one of my good friends got news about her husband that no one could be prepared for. Ashlynd received news that her husband Shane was diagnosed with a tumor which was located on his brain stem. If this was not enough, they were then informed by his neurologist that this was not able to be operated on and that this was in fact Brain Cancer! On December 12th Shane then underwent a surgery to biopsy the tumor , so they would know the type of cancer they were dealing with, the stage of the cancer and how to proceed with treatment . He was informed that both Chemo as well as Radiation will both be needed and surgery is not a option to remove the tumor. This is something that no one can prepare themselves for let alone a man that does so much for everyone else and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He is a great father to his 2 young boys, a amazing husband to Ashlynd and the light of his mother Jeanette's eyes! He is so loved by so many and has so many people that are in his corner routing for him through this process, and to be able to RELIEVE some of the financial burden for this family would be more then appreciated. Lets keep his friends and family in your prayers and say extra prayers for Shane, his Wife and Mother. #SHANESTRONG
