My name is Shane, and on October 30th, I was diagnosed with metastatic poorly differentiated non keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma. Since then, my life has changed dramatically. I am currently undergoing weekly chemotherapy and daily radiation treatments, which has made it impossible for me to work.
