Shane is training to go to the mission field with SEND International.  He is currently in Atlanta, Georgia and while there has experienced some medical difficulties.  He had a blood clot in his lungs and was rushed into emergency surgery.  Surgery went well.  We are hoping to raise funds for his recovery upon return to Canada, in order to cover medical expenses, counselling, physiotherapy and loss of wages.  Also, the family asks for prayer while Shane is still in the hospital in Atlanta and for prayer while he recovers upon return to Canada.
