Hi I am Shana and this is my daughter Jade. As you all know my beautiful girl passed away on February 11, 2026. The last 4 months have been the worst 4 months of my life.

I have been seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist. I have joined support groups and am trying so hard to keep my head above water. So far I can honestly say nothing seems to be helping. Most days I still can't bring myself to get out of bed.

So I started doing research and found this place outside of Sedona, AZ called Selah Carefarm. It is a place for parents who are grieving. The retreat has so many areas for helping with coping skills and learning how to live without your child.

This wonderful place has offered me a scholarship so I can attend. This covers the cost of lodging, food and the program. What I have to covor is the deposit to reserve my spot, cleaning fee for lodging and my trip there and back.

I would not ask for help but I believe this is something I really need in order to move forward. If you can help with anything I can't begin to thank you enough. If you can't help financially, I would be grateful for your prayers.
