Help Shamus Sharkey Recover After a Tragic Accident

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

On Friday, June 27th, our beloved son Shamus Sharkey was tragically hit by a car while crossing Delaware Avenue. He is now in the Trauma ICU at Jefferson Hospital, fighting through serious injuries with strength and courage.

Shamus isn’t just a son, a brother, or a friend—he’s the loving father of his young son Greyson, and a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephew, who lovingly call him “Uncle Sham.” His family means everything to him, and we are holding onto hope that he can recover to be the dad, uncle, and role model they so deeply need in their lives.

As he faces a long and difficult road to recovery—one that will include extensive medical treatment, surgeries, and rehabilitation—we are asking for your help. The financial strain of these medical bills and the ongoing care he will need is more than our family can carry alone.

We are raising funds to support Shamus's medical expenses and to ensure he has what he needs to return to Greyson and the children who adore him. Every dollar counts, and even just sharing this campaign can help spread the word.
