Support ShaLane's Fight Against Cancer

My name is ShaLane. I am a daughter, mother, wife, and friend. I just gave birth to 2 beautiful twins with a 15-month-old at home. We were in baby bliss until we got the terrible news: I have cancer. I was misdiagnosed with lactation issues for months before finally being sent to be tested. I have a softball-sized tumor in my breast and at least 8 other tumors in my chest wall and axillary lymph nodes. We are going to be fighting hard against this. I will be giving it all I’ve got to stay with my family. I will unfortunately be out of work for a while, and after just getting back from maternity leave, it will be a struggle. I was excited about getting to be back as a nurse for my cardiac patients. We will survive, but any help is more than welcome, and we thank everyone for the support and prayers.
