Our family is facing an unimaginable reality. My niece, Shaina, has been diagnosed with Stage IV bile duct cancer, a rare and aggressive disease. This diagnosis has turned her world—and the lives of her three children—upside down.

Her children have already endured the heartbreaking loss of their father. Now, they are facing the terrifying possibility of losing their mother too. Despite the fear and uncertainty, Shaina continues to fight with incredible strength and determination, holding on to hope and focusing on being present for her children every single day.
