Hello everyone, I'm Shai. I'm not someone who usually asks for help, but at this moment in life, I need it.

I'm a 27-year-old nurse and guardian of 8 kids, and I'm now struggling to keep bills paid on time.

I gained custody of my nieces and nephews following my mother's unexpected passing in 2022, a few days after finishing nursing school. For a while, I was fine, but with 8 kids active in sports, school, daycare, and other extracurricular activities, and let's not talk about the prices of groceries, I'm struggling to make ends meet. I have tried applying for state assistance but have been told I make too much and I receive no support from their biological parents due to them being incarcerated . At this point, I'm literally robbing Peter to pay Paul and sometimes not paying at all because it's not possible.

I work hard to be the best me for my family and myself, but it is now mentally taxing and I'm drowning, and I don't see a way out. So here I am asking for help. Anything goes a long way, even reading my story. Thank you.

with the donated funds 6000 would go to my car to catch up on that another 5000 would go to other bills like phone, lights , water, gas , credit cards and etc the rest would go towards food, gas , and other expenses or bills
