support flood affected regions in Feni and Noakhali

This fundraiser is specifically aimed to support my families and their surrounding communities in rural regions of Feni and Noakhali. After a torrential downpour followed by the opening of the Dumbur dam in India, regions in Bangladesh, especially in Feni, Comilla and Noakhali, have been facing tumultuous flooding conditions that destroyed homes and displaced millions, triggering a humanitarian crisis.

We will collect funds to

- provide basic amenities like emergency access to food and clean water

- provide families with dry bedding and other essentials

- restore damaged infrastructure and rebuild non-housing/farming structures and equipment

Funds will be forwarded to my mother who resides in Bangladesh and who is locally overseeing the process of fund transfer across different locations and prioritizing based on severity and need. All funds will be transferred to her bank using Remitly.
