I was recently unlawfully arrested by the LPD, facing charges of “resisting arrest without violence” for lawfully refusing to ID. This unexpected situation has turned mine & my wife’s lives upside down. In just 3 days following the arrest, we drained our savings in order to cover legal fees and pay a $1000 bond. The financial strain is growing as we both fight for justice, and the prosecutor fights back. Help our family fight against this injustice.
