Hello, my name is Sergio , I’m a freelance artist residing in Los Angeles area , It took me a while to make this page since I have been trying to put together my thoughts due to my brain still trying to process this tragic disaster that destroyed so much in SoCal at the beginning of this year. I have been suffering for almost a couple years a very complicated living situation which had forced me to have 95% of my belongings stored at a home in Altadena., in January 7th I had my eye open on the news about the fires around the Pasadena area and later on I was informed that the fires had reached the area of Altadena , I am so glad people got evacuated and I had high hopes that the fires would be contained, but unfortunately they reached and destroyed most of the beautiful Altadena area and because of this horrible disaster I lost everything I had stored away . The fires not only took my belongings , my precious memories with my son , but my art supplies that were vital for my creativity as well to help me generate some income for myself. So any contribution you may give I would really appreciate it , every little bit counts , no matter big or small and even if you’re unable to contribute financially It’d be helpful to share my story with others and from the bottom of my heart I thank you. Your donations will go towards the replacement of my art supplies which are critical for my creative work , It sure’s been a tough journey And hope that with the support of the community it can make a tremendous difference.This has been devastating for me and it hurts me to see so many people’s lives were affected by the destruction left by these fires.
