Hi everyone, my name is Lizzete, and my heart is heavy as I write this. My husband, Sergio, has been in and out of the hospital and is now on a long road to recovery. These past months have turned our world upside down, but through it all, we’ve held onto faith and hope. I’ve stayed by his side, watching him fight with a strength I never knew was possible.

At just 39 years old, Sergio suffered a stroke that completely changed our lives. Since then, he has been pushing through therapy, relearning basic movements, and staying positive even on the hardest days. His progress has been incredible, but there are still many treatments and challenges ahead. No one is ever prepared for something like this, especially at such a young age.

This GoFundMe is to help cover medical expenses, therapy, and future treatments so we can ease some of the financial stress and focus on what matters most: his healing and recovery. We continue to trust that God will guide us through this journey, one day at a time.
