Hi, My name is Brian. I've created this gofundme in attempts to help out this family very dear to me. The man in the photo has worked his whole life to take care of his family but now We'd like to take care of him. 6 months ago we found out the unfortunate news that he had Pancreatic cancer. Since then he has been going through chemo and has shown that he still strong as ever after recent check up telling us that the tumor has shrunk significantly. As life will have it, it will hand us new challenges to overcome. Insurance will no longer cover the chemo so we are reaching out in hopes of getting a helping hand from the community. I hope to touch Sergio, the devoted husband and father, as he has touched me in the 4 short years I have known him.
