It is with heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news that our colleague Sergio Serrano, Service Technician on the B2C team since September 2022, has tragically lost his wife due to an unexpected aneurysm.

Sergio is currently navigating the immense emotional toll of this loss while adjusting to life as the primary caregiver for their young daughter. This sudden and tragic event has also placed a significant financial burden on Sergio and his family.
