It started as a simple idea between family... something we believed in, something we hoped could become a place where people could slow down, connect, and feel at home.

From the very beginning, our goal was simple:

to provide exceptional, genuine customer service and create an experience where every person who walked through our doors felt seen, welcomed, and cared for.

In just a short time, that idea turned into something so much bigger than we ever imagined.

It became a team.

It became a routine for so many of you.

It became a place where friendships were built, families gathered, and small moments turned into meaningful ones.

And now, we’re facing one of the hardest moments we’ve ever had as a business.

We’ve been informed that our time in our current location is coming to an end. We’re not ready for this to be over.

Because to us and to so many of you, SereniTea House is more than just a tea shop.

It’s something we built with everything we had. Our time, our energy, our savings, and our hearts.

We are actively working to secure a new location so we can continue creating the experience that so many of you have come to love, but the reality is, moving a small business is expensive.

Between deposits, build-out costs, equipment, and the transition period, the financial burden is something we cannot carry alone.
