Hi, my name is Kyler Tate.

I’m running in the Last Stand 1776 Backyard Ultra, and I wanted to run for a purpose. For every loop I complete, I will donate $10 to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund to help veterans and military families who were wounded while serving our country.

If you feel compelled to support our veterans, any donation is greatly appreciated.

I created this GoFundMe so that donations will go directly to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund.

If you’re not familiar with a backyard ultra, it consists of running a 4.2-mile loop every hour on the hour until only one person remains.

I’ve completed several half marathons and recently ran the Coast Guard Marathon in April. When I found this race, I knew I wanted to challenge myself while also supporting a great cause.

Going until the wheels fall off for those who can’t.
