Help first responder family rebuild after a house fire.

On September 7th, 2025, Seersha and Ryan, proud new homeowners, were struck with an unexpected financial tragedy when their kitchen caught fire. The accident left them with significant damage, causing them to lose nearly all of their groceries, cookware, appliances, cabinets and essential kitchen utensils.

Now, without a functioning kitchen, they are facing the overwhelming costs of replacing appliances, cookware, and everyday essentials needed to prepare meals. Additionally due to smoke damage they are having to stay elsewhere until the home is suitable for living condition's.

Financial assistance would help them restore their kitchen, replace lost groceries and utensils, and make their home livable again. Any support given will ease the burden of this tragedy and help them rebuild the comfort and stability they worked so hard to achieve.

Ryan and Seersha are both dedicated first responders who spend their days protecting and caring for others in times of crisis. Now, in an unexpected turn, they are the ones in need of help.

Our friend and co-worker has spent the last 10 years serving his community as a dedicated firefighter. He has answered the call countless times, standing beside families on some of their darkest days and helping them through the devastation of a fire. Additionally, spends his free time as an advisor for Orange city fire cadet program, mentoring young children/adults on public safety and preparing the next generation of first responders. Now, heartbreakingly, he finds himself in the same position he has so often helped others through.

Although they have homeowners insurance, as so many of us know, insurance doesn’t cover everything. They are facing high deductibles and countless incidental expenses as they work to replace essentials and piece their lives back together.

This GoFundMe is a chance for us to come together as a community and support two people who have always been there for others. Whether fighting fires, responding to medical emergencies, or offering comfort in times of loss, they have given so much of themselves to serve others. Now, it’s our turn to serve them.
