Hi! I am Mia a student at Seckinger High School, director of the Planting Sector for our Environmental volunteer Club at Seckinger High School, and we are trying to attain the goal of constructing a student-managed sustainable garden! I am leading the initiative to design and build a student-led sustainable garden built around the concept of showcasing the beauty of Georgia’s native plants and the ideals of environmentalism on SKG campus. The purpose of this garden is to create an educational space which will serve to educate and inspire other students on the importance of biodiversity and help support pollinators in our area. Though in order to make this garden possible, we need your help funding supplies for this project! By donating to this project, not only will you be contributing to making Seckinger a more sustainable space, but you will also be contributing to a living laboratory where students can learn more about environmental science and act to fight back against habitat loss! We appreciate any support and donations for this student initiative.
