Support Sebastian's New School Journey

Hello. My name is Annette and I am a teacher at Polk Middle School. I am trying to raise money for one of our students Sebastian. Sebastian is a very intelligent student who is being raised by his grandmother. They recently were living in a hotel and have finally moved into an apartment by Manzano High. We would really like to help Sebastian by providing him with clothes, school supplies and any upcoming expenses as a new high school student.
