Hey guys, as you may have seen, one of our local small businesses, Seasoned with Love, is facing a significant loss of inventory and sales due to a major cooler malfunction. This issue couldn’t have happened at a worse time as it was the day before the weekly delivery, wiping out nearly all of the pre-ordered meals and products. Let’s come together and help Christi repair her broken walk-in and cover her lost sales. Any amount helps! Thank you!
“***URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️ Order Cancellations**
We are facing an unexpected and devastating challenge today. Our main walk-in cooler, which is crucial for storing our ingredients safely and maintaining the quality you expect, has unexpectedly broken down.
Due to this critical equipment failure and our commitment to you, our customers, we are unable to fulfill all orders that were set to be delivered today and tomorrow. This means that your order scheduled for today, June 8, and Monday, June 9, will unfortunately not be able to be completed. HOWEVER, if you have an order for pickup at Seasoned with Love, your order is still available, as it was in a different fridge. We do also have several meals in our Grab and Go fridge that is running perfectly (thank goodness).
We are incredibly sorry for this sudden change and any disruption it causes to your plans. We know you were looking forward to all of your meals that our staff worked so hard on for you. Our team is already working with technicians to get the repairs done as swiftly as possible and we will trudge forward.
If you have already paid, we are offering a full refund or you have the option for a credit for a future order. We will be spending today and tomorrow addressing all of you in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience.
While this is absolutely heartbreaking (I've cried more than I care to admit), this will not break us. We will be back in the kitchen tomorrow and will see you all next week, we promise! Thank you for your continued support ”
