Support Sean’s Recovery After a Devastating Accident

Sean and his best friend Max were involved in a horrific multi-rollover accident that left both boys hospitalized. Sean sustained life-threatening injuries and had to be airlifted to a trauma center, while Max was sent to a different hospital to be stabilized.

Sean arrived at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, unresponsive to pain—raising fears of paralysis. He was admitted to the ICU with suspected fractures in his skull, neck, collarbone, and ribs, along with possible brain trauma.

CT scans and MRIs revealed the extent of his injuries: a fractured C2 vertebra in his neck, bruising across the T1–T4 vertebrae, a broken collarbone, diffuse axonal injury (DAI) from two small brain bleeds, a pulmonary embolism, and a hemothorax. He required a ventilator to breathe and has remained in the ICU for four days, with a possible transfer to a regular room soon.

Sean faces a long road ahead—ongoing physical therapy, rehabilitation, and recovery. His family, girlfriend, and close friends have been by his side since the moment he arrived in Indiana. Loved ones have also stepped up to support Max in Ohio, ensuring neither of them are alone during this traumatic time.

While insurance may help with Sean’s totaled car and a portion of his medical bills, it won’t cover everything. We’re raising funds to ease the financial burden on Sean and his family—so he can focus on what truly matters: healing and recovery.
