Hi friends and family! I’m headed for the adventure of a lifetime! In 1 week, I’ll be joining other veterans and first responders to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest free standing mountain! Before I go, I could use your help. While the trip is funded, I need help securing some last minute odds and ends to ensure a successful climb. This trip isn’t only important to me as a bucket list achievement, but it’s more importantly a chance to show others who may struggle with addiction that recovery is possible, and with that, you can achieve AMAZING things!! After items are purchased, 100% of the remaining funds are going to be donated to Project Zero, the organization I’ll be climbing with. They help support veterans and first responders see the beauty in life through Adventure Therapy as well as provide mental health and recovery service support and resources. I don’t climb just for me on this one. I climb for every veteran, first responder, and every person out there who has ever been affected by the disease of addiction.
