Sean's fight against liver failure...

Hi, I am reaching out from one of the most vulnerable places in my life-because help is needed. As some of you know, I have End Stage Liver Disease and was diagnosed with only 18 months to live this past June.

Doctors have determined the only path forward is a liver transplant that requires intensive medical treatment.

While fighting with everything I have, the financial burden is overwhelming. The money raised will cover transplant related costs, travel back and forth to New York City for doctor appointments, the surgery, prescriptions, loss of wages while I have an 8 month recovery and post transplant care.

The cost associated with this journey are staggering and go far beyond what insurance will cover.

This request is difficult and humbling, but it is also necessary. Everyday is a fight against fatigue, pain and uncertainty about what tomorrow will bring.

I know times are hard for everyone and asking for help is never easy. The smallest donation or simply sharing this page means the world to us.

This support will not only ease the financial burden but give me the strength to focus on what matters most-fighting for my life and being there for my wife, my pups and family.
