My dear friend Sean, was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago while seven months pregnant and caring for a toddler. She has already embarked on the challenging journey of chemotherapy, radiation and a double mastectomy. The cancer has continued to spread and she now has metastatic lesions covering her liver.
