Help Support Sean Miller's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Beth and I am fund-raising for my nephew, Sean Miller, who had a heart attack on February 11, 2024. He is still in HealthPark Hospital in Fort Myers and he is making progress. It is a long, hard road ahead for Sean. He is in need of intensive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. At this time he is unable to walk or swallow, so he is being fed through a feeding port. We are praying and expecting a great recovery. Sean is 44 years old and has a 16-year-old son, who is at Sean's side, with Sean's mother Barbara, nearly every day since February 11.

Sean grew up in Cape Coral and went to St Francis Catholic School and graduated from Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers. He is a very active man who is devoted to his son and loves his mom. Sean likes country music, football, fishing, swimming, and almost all sports. He humbly volunteers at Miles of Smiles Foundation, a ranch that serves veterans in North Fort Myers.

Soon Sean will be going to a rehab center, probably out of the county. As you can imagine, this is going to be difficult physically and financially. The doctor bills are already coming in. He will be out of work for quite a while. There will be weeks and maybe months of travel and lodging expenses for his mother and son to be near the rehab center to visit him. At this time, I feel helpless to do much else, so I am starting this Go Fund Me campaign to alleviate some of the family's financial burden so Sean can focus solely on his health.
