Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) relies on our partners at the U.S. Transportation Security Administration to operate security screening checkpoints for departing travelers.
Unfortunately - due to an impasse in Washington, DC - TSA agents are coming to work without pay. On Friday, March 27, they will miss their second full paycheck in a row, which makes it hard for them to afford to feed themselves and their families, purchase gas to get to work, and pay for other daily expenses.
SEA is accepting funds to support our TSA workers. Funds will be used to buy non-perishable food, household goods, hygiene products and gas cards.
Thank you for helping to keep air travel moving during this challenge period!
