This is Scratch. She is a young pup full of life in desperate need of a wheelchair so that she can run and play properly with her friends. You can see how much energy and life she has. She was tied to a tree and starved. My friend went and got her back. Then she survived parvo. She has now lost use of her back legs.

She has been seeing a vet for this, and they believe she won’t be able to regain use of her legs. She has had x-rays done and tried medications.
