**UPDATE** Scout’s biopsy results came back, and unfortunately, he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of oral melanoma. We were given a heartbreaking prognosis. Without treatment, Scout may only have 2-3 months. Scout has already received his first dose of the melanoma vaccine, and he will need three more doses over the next two months. While his prognosis is still serious, this treatment could help extend his life, possibly up to 24 months, according to his vet. I’m holding onto that hope with everything I have!! Each treatment costs $850, and he will need four initial doses, along with additional booster shots afterward. I’m a 20 yr old student working two jobs, doing everything I can to give my Scouty the care he needs, but I can’t do this alone.
