I know there’s so much going on in the world, and it makes me feel some sort of way for doing this, but I’m not sure what else to do. Go fund me Me sent me an email saying, “Start a GoFundMe for your birthday.”

Yes, my birthday is this month, but this is not about or for my birthday.

I am releasing my sophomore record and taking my band to Europe in a month. It’s so incredibly exciting, but I have no savings to back this up. If I don’t make a certain amount of money, I’m going to have to sell my car before leaving so I know I can pay my band and get accommodations where we don’t have them, etc. which coming back to la with out a car sounds daunting.

Also, right before Christmas my grandfather passed away. It has really pained me that I wasn’t able to be there with my family over the holidays due to financial restraint. My family is having a ceremony in April, right after my tour, and I would use some of these funds to get my ticket.

I have been performing since I was five and viciously going after my dream for the last 10 years. I feel so grateful for all the support I’ve received so far and have some really exciting things coming up this year.
