This fund has certainly changed purposes since I began it. Not long after Scott's memorial service, a fall necessitated the final back surgery that was being planned during our trip to Huntington. Only instead of using the Huntington surgeon, I had to use one in Beckley. It was not as successful, and I ended up in a PT center in Princeton. I am now in a physical rehabilitation center closer to home, and the pain involved in getting my back to function properly again is pretty intense. So are the bills. Any little donation helps, as most of the original money went towards Scott's expenses. This getting old ain't for sissies!
