Support Scott Sine & His Family
Donation protected
I have had the privilege of working side by side with Scott Sine for the last (almost) two years. In my role, we worked together in the office and often took road trips to various job sites together (those days were filled with work and laughs). On New Year’s Eve, I learned my friend, and the founder of GEMM Grid & Energy MasterPlanning, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer. My focus has now shifted to helping the family and the business navigate through this transition.
As I have shared the news with co-workers, clients, and his many friends that knew him from his years working with HT Lyons, people have asked me how they can help. From these many heartfelt requests to help, this GoFundMe page was born.
In addition to medical expenses, the family is faced with the loss of Scott’s income. Additionally, he has many family members that live throughout the country, and in Europe. His daughters reside in Bethlehem, Tampa Bay, Boston, and Chicago. Scott relishes his time with his girls and other family members, but the cost of travel and time off work is expensive.
Your donation to this fund will allow Scott to remain surrounded by his family as he faces this devastating disease.
In my time with Scott, since he received this diagnosis, I have been in awe of his faith, his care for his family and his strength as he faces this challenge.
A note from Scott’s close friend, Rich Reznicek at HT Lyons:
Many of you know and have worked with Scott for many years at HTL.
Scott has been a close friend to me and my family for close to 25 years!!
We were sad to see Scott left our ranks in early 2020 to embark on new energy development opportunities under his own brand as GEMM master planning services.
Recently, Scott has been diagnosed with a life-threatening form of cancer…
I’m sending out this note to update everyone regarding Scotts latest challenges and possible ways you might be able to help the family.
His assistant, Gail, has setup a “GoFundMe” site in Scott’s name to help defer some of the added medical and care costs associated with this crisis.
Anything you can do to contribute (prayer is at the top of the list) would be greatly appreciated…
If you have never had the opportunity to talk to Scott regarding his faith and trust in Christ, this would be a good time.
